Wilder is a Northern California SuperLawyer, and represents clients in day-to-day employment advice matters, collective bargaining negotiations, investigations/audits, and employment disputes. Wilder is experienced in appearing for clients in state and federal court, and in administrative proceedings before the California Civil Rights Department, the California Labor Commissioner, the EEOC, and the NLRB.

To this end, Wilder offers high-quality flat-fee services centering the development of people-first employment policies, such as employee handbooks. Wilder has also been retained by clients to conduct training for workers, managers and HR professionals about how to build people-first workplaces.
Originally from the Great Plains, Wilder maintains a deep love of the outdoors and open space. Wilder is a certified forest therapy guide, so when they are not practicing law, you can find them hiking a trail or camping with their family and friends.

Sal advises businesses, individuals, non-profits, and other value-driven organizations with regard to employment law matters in California's ever-changing legal landscape. He provides advice and counsel to HR and business partners on hiring, wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, leave law, labor relations, and benefits. He also advises clients in relation to developing workplace policies that are compliant with federal, state, and local law, and provides representation in employment disputes and litigation. Sal's practice experience includes representing private entities, public agencies, and individuals in state and federal litigation related to matters including employment, financial services, and professional discipline at a national mid-size firm.

In addition to his practice experience and legal training, Sal worked for a number of years in legal editing, and has written extensively about legal ethics, technology, and advertising. He is also an active supporter of his local LGBTQIA+ community.
Sal grew up in the Bay Area, and in his free time enjoys running, spending time with his family, and following his favorite sports teams.
